Discuss the need for development of space technology and the new ideas and
methods for fostering the ambition of students and the population at large to
be active in the space industry. The talk will also feature plans for the
chapters future events and as well as the chapters concepts for developing
national and international cohesion between other chapters and organizations,
in order to foster a larger sense of community and purpose.
About Justin Curran:
Justin Curran is the Chief Engineer of the ECOSat project and Co-President
of the VVicSEDS chapter.
Justin Curran, an island native, entered third year electrical
engineering after completing a technologist’s diploma at Camosun.
About Kerry Lynch:
Kelly Lynch is Co-President of the UVicSEDS chapter.
She is a Ontario native in her third year of Law school at UVic, she has
previously completed an Aerospace Engineering Bachelors degree at Carleton
University in Ottawa, ON.
